Please note that this form is for past day students only. Students of the night college should email Night College.

Please note that the college can give you a copy of your transcript of results, but cannot give you a copy of any certificates or diplomas as these can be issued by the awarding body only.

Please complete the following form accurately to facilitate the search of your results information. Transcript requests are processed within 10 working days.
