Hot Stone Massage (Classroom):
An important feature of Indian Head Massage is the easing of tension and sense of relaxation, well-being and peace that it brings. Headaches and heaviness are relieved, muscles unknotted and other parts of the body respond to this relaxed state. The Treatment The upper back, shoulders, neck, head and face are massaged. The upper back and shoulder work can be done through clothes but it is more effective working directly on the skin. This is a one day course only.
Applicants who wish to apply for this course would need to have a Massage qualification.

It can help to alleviate stress & tension, balance the bodies energies & promote a sense of harmony and peace. This is a one day course only.
