Our courses are full-time, classes are timetabled Monday to Friday, there are approximately 23 hours of classes. Classes start at 9 am and finish at 5 pm Monday to Thursday with a 2 pm finish on Friday. Obviously, you will not be timetabled for all these hours, but no actual timetables will be available until classes start in September.
The course is assessed through coursework (for example projects, assignments, learner records), these are done throughout the year. There will be some written/practical exams held at the end April/start May.
The course fees are €300 (€250 if you have a medical card).
There are very good job opportunities in this area. There are numerous past students working in administration roles.
Many of our students each year progress to 3rd level courses. All progressions are available on the college website. However, there is no guarantee of a place. Students apply through the CAO using their QQI level 5 results, students need to work hard in order to achieve the best possible results.
