I found the body swap session today very informative. I thought it was a great and very important topic. I do wish that it had gone more into information about the effects of how prejudices can affect healthcare. Black women in America are 3.7 times more likely to pass away from complications within hospital than white women. I would’ve liked to have seen more content along those lines because I feel it’s important to know. I thought the examples used however were very good and I found it very helpful.
